These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, policies, and expectations for purchasing and accessing any online course offered by Braids & Waves. By purchasing and accessing the course, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Product – No Refunds

All online course purchases are final.

Because this is a digital product and access to course materials is granted immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds once access has been provided.

If you experience any technical issues or have trouble accessing the course, please contact us at support@braidsandwaves.hair and we’ll help you get sorted.

2. Access & Course Availability

When you purchase the course, you receive ongoing access to the lessons for as long as the program remains available.

You can revisit the content anytime and learn at your own pace.

If the course structure changes in the future (for example, if we move to a subscription model or update the curriculum), all existing customers will retain access under the terms active at the time of their purchase.

3. Personal Use Only

Your course purchase is for your personal use. You agree not to:

  • Share your login details
  • Share videos or downloads
  • Copy or distribute course content
  • Upload course clips to social media or YouTube
  • Teach the course content commercially

All course materials — including videos, text, photos, downloads, and curriculum — are the intellectual property of Braids & Waves and protected by copyright law.

4. Community Access

Some courses include free access to our private community.

By joining the community, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and kind to others
  • Keep discussions on-topic
  • Not share screenshots, comments, or private content outside the group
  • Follow all posted community rules

Community access is provided as a complimentary bonus and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Changes to community access do not affect your access to the course.

5. Payments & Security

All payments are processed securely through our checkout provider.

By completing the checkout, you agree that:

  • You are authorised to use the chosen payment method
  • All payments are final
  • Failed payments or chargebacks may result in removal of course access

We do not store your payment information.

6. Results Disclaimer

Every parent and every child is different.

While the course is designed to give you the clearest, simplest braiding method, your results may vary depending on:

  • Your child’s hair type
  • Practice and consistency
  • Your personal learning pace
  • Time spent applying the technique

Braids & Waves is not responsible for outcomes related to misuse of tools or techniques.

7. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device capable of video playback
  • An updated browser or app

If you lose access due to forgotten passwords or email changes, we’ll help you regain entry — just contact support.

8. Course Updates & Improvements

We may update or improve the course from time to time. Any updates included in your original purchase level will be provided at no additional cost.

If we release new courses, advanced modules, or additional programs, these may be sold separately unless explicitly stated.

9. Abuse, Misconduct, or Violation of Terms

We reserve the right to revoke course or community access, without refund, if:

  • You share copyrighted materials
  • You behave disrespectfully toward others
  • You attempt to resell or redistribute course content
  • You violate these terms in any way

This keeps the learning environment safe and enjoyable for everyone.
