Hair Braiding Appointments

Once paid the fees are not refundable. However, if you cannot attend your appointment, we may reschedule it for another date.

Please note that a minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment free of charge.

If the notice is provided less than 48 hours prior to the appointment you will have to pay the fee again.

If you are late, we can cancel your appointment without a refund.

Client Conduct

We value creating a respectful and safe environment.

If a client is rude, aggressive, or behaves inappropriately towards staff, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service immediately. In these cases, no refunds or reschedules will be given.

Workshops & Events

Refunds, credits and reschedules are only available up to 7 days before the event.

We get it - life happens. But because our workshops have limited spots and often sell out, we need a little notice to make things fair for everyone.
