Hair Braiding Appointments

Once paid the fees are not refundable. However, if you cannot attend your appointment, we may reschedule it for another date.

Please note that a minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment free of charge.

If the notice is provided less than 48 hours prior to the appointment you will have to pay the fee again.

If you are late, we can cancel your appointment without a refund.

Client Conduct

We value creating a respectful and safe environment.

If a client is rude, aggressive, or behaves inappropriately towards staff, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service immediately. In these cases, no refunds or reschedules will be given.

Workshops & Events

Refunds, credits and reschedules are only available up to 7 days before the event.

We get it - life happens. But because our workshops have limited spots and often sell out, we need a little notice to make things fair for everyone.

Online Courses

All online course purchases are final. Because digital course materials are delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues or have trouble accessing your course, please reach out to us at support@braidsandwaves.hair and we’ll do everything we can to help you get back in.

Access to the course is currently offered as lifetime access for as long as the program remains available. Should the course structure change in the future (for example, moving to a subscription-based model), all existing customers will retain their original access under the terms they purchased.
