Later it became my friends - whenever someone needed their hair done, I was there, because I loved it.

What started as childhood play slowly grew into a lifelong passion. Today, I’m honoured to be recognised among the top braiders in the world, creating beautiful styles for my clients and teaching others to braid with clarity and confidence.

One of my favourite memories is my mum doing my hair - those calm, warm moments that felt safe, loving and just ours. That’s what drives me now.

I want more parents and children to share those memories too - relaxed hands in hair, small chats, connection, pride. Because braiding is more than a hairstyle. It’s time together. It’s bonding. It’s love in a braid.
